Gregory Brown Standard Fees for Tenants



In order to secure a property (Subject to satisfactory references), Gregory Brown will require a non-refundable holding fee of 400.00.

Our affordability criteria demands that applicants for any property must be in receipt of an annual salary of at least thirty times the monthly rent.

Prior to the commencement of the Tenancy, the following monies will be due:


First month's rent.

Security deposit (Equal to one and a half month's rent).

An admin fee of 300.00 plus VAT, per property.

The Tenant will also be responsible for the cost of a check-in with an Independent Inventory Clerk (Cost varies dependent on property size).

The holding fee of 400.00 will be deducted from the final amount.

For contract renewals, an administration fee of 50.00 plus VAT will be due.
